Full Wedding & Event Planning Package

The Full EBL Experience 

Our Full Wedding/Event Planning Package is everything you need for your wedding regarding planning and coordination. From beginning to end, we work with you to plan the wedding or event that you envision. It is important to us to bring life to all the ideas and dreams that you have had up to this moment. Your personal wedding or event planner, Charity Lenae, will work closely with you to plan your event. This package includes unlimited emails/scheduled phone/zoom calls, vendor selection/research and communication, creation of floor plans, seating charts, day of coordination including coordination of setup and breakdown, vendor load ins, deliveries & arrivals, rehearsal dinner, and the finalizing of all details. We keep track of all vendor contracts, records of vendor payments, and the budget. All of these are done with the help and input of the client of course. Charity Lenae will make sure that all the logistics are covered down to the smallest detail of the day according to what you want and need.

Partial Wedding & Event Planning Package

Stunning and Memorable

Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is perfect for someone that started hiring vendors and planning and then it got to be too much. The partial Wedding planning package includes everything that the full event Planning package includes. It just means that you did some of the work, but we will take it from here. We are here for you! We will start by assessing your situation, what you have done, then what you need to do, and go from there. Sometimes this can mean more work for us than the usual partial planner or even full planner. But no worries! We will work out all the quirks and make sure your wedding/event goes off without a hitch!

(Approximately 10-15% of your total wedding/event budget)

Full Wedding & Event Design Package

Lively and Fun

With the Full Event Design package, our event designer, Charity Lenae, will be designing your event from beginning to end. From the first piece of stationary your guests receive to dancefloor wrap and chandelier décor of the evening, Charity Lenae will work with you to personally customize a design FOR YOU. We work to create the experience and energy you want your guests to feel when they walk into the room. Creating unforgettable moments is our specialty.  Our Full event design package is exclusive to our current full wedding/event planning clients. This package also includes setup and breakdown with coordination of such, hiring, contracting, and payments to all vendors needed for the design of the full event, communication with the entire décor team, logistics of the design aspect, and making sure your event has its own flare from beginning phases until the day of the event(s).
